The final installment of Austin Powers marked a moment for director Jay Roach and producer Suzanne Todd to subvert audience expectations with the biggest budget installment to date, giving production the ability to bring in real frickin sharks with fake frickin laser beams attached to their heads. Goldmember pushed the satirical jokes around spy films to their limit from the very sequence featuring the mock film, Austinpussy. Roach started with the style of John Woo, Bond, and Mission Impossible, pushing each shot ad absurdum. The creatives even brought aboard Tom Cruise to play Austin alongside character cameos by Gwyneth Paltrow, Kevin Spacey, and Danny DeVito to breathe life into this cinematic caricature of Hollywood. Goldmember pulled out all the stops, including a dance number and hit soundtrack, to make this the most over the top Austin film to date.

Box Office: $296 Million
